1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

A product is eligible only if:
  • It is unused and unworn
  • The original tag/label is intact
  • It is returned with original packaging (box/pouch/card)
  • There is no damage, scratches, or signs of wear
  • 3. Non-Returnable Items

    A product is eligible only if:
  • Custom name pendants
  • The original tag/label is intact
  • Engraved pieces
  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Items bought during clearance sale or special discount events

    5. Refund Method

  • Refunds issued will be paid by UPI or Bank transfers
  • Exchanges offered based on availability
  • Defective/damaged products receive full replacement

    6. Return Shipping

  • Defective items: free pickup
  • Other returns: customer ships product; shipping fee non-refundable
  • 7. Order Cancellation

    Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Custom pieces cannot be cancelled once placed.
